Last year I set a goal to read more. I read 21 books last year in 2023. I’m proud of that number as it’s a big step up from basically zero the year before. This year I’ve been struggling to get into a book I like and just when I was about to give up I found a new love: Podcasts.
My latest obsession has been Lenny’s Podcasts.
If you aren’t familiar, Lenny Rachitsky (author of #1 business newsletter on Substack with 500k+ subscribers) interviews world-class product leaders and growth experts to uncover concrete, actionable, and tactical advice to help you build, launch, and grow your own product.
It’s inspired me to dive deeper into what excites me as a designer, freelancer, soloprenuer, business owner … multi-disciplinary artist – whatever I may call myself and truly uncover what I gravitate towards in this next chapter of my life and career.
I highly recommend them for anyone interested in elevating their work, career, or mindset. Whether you are a top-level CFO or an individual with a great product idea, this podcast will not disappoint to ignite inspiration and passion.
My top three episodes so far are as follows:
- The UX Research reckoning is here with Judd Antin
- Taking control of your career with Ethan Evans
- Building Beautiful Products with Stripe’s Head of Design, Kaite Dill
Happy listening!
